About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team at Atlas Search. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, managing the general ledger, and ensuring accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, experience using Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or SAP software, and CPA certification (preferred). The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Preparing and Maintaining Financial Statements: Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Managing the General Ledger: Manage the general ledger, ensure accurate financial records, and reconcile accounts as necessary.
  • Completing Accounts Payable and Receivable Tasks: Complete Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Conducting Account Reconciliations: Conduct account reconciliations and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assisting in Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • E nsuring Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting Internal and External Audits: Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.
  • Assisting with Expense Management: Assist with expense management, including monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
