The successful candidate will have hands-on experience testing for Enterprise Applications, a strong background in application and Integration testing, and a passion for solving hard problems and providing testing solutions.

The Sr. IT QA Analyst will be accountable for engaging business users and IT team members throughout the lifecycle of projects and production. The role will actively engage and work with offshore-based consulting partners in executing our quality assurance policy and claims activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a lead role in system integration and regression testing for key initiatives.
  • Participate in the overall planning and execution of QA Teams testing objectives.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external interfaces.
  • Engage with business analysts and development teams to understand new requirements.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to develop process standards and/or enhancements to prevent the re-occurrence of QA issues.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Business background in Commercial P&C Insurance Underwriting or Claims functions.
  • Experience working on Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience in QA Roles supporting complex systems development or packaged software implementation efforts.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects.
