Role Summary: The Clinical Supervisor will oversee, mentor, and direct ARHMS practitioners to ensure adherence to DHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor ARHMS practitioners
  • Conduct individual supervision sessions and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide field support and coverage as needed
  • Assist in the training of new hires
  • Perform annual evaluations and offer constructive feedback
  • Participate in Clinical Meetings and prepare necessary reports
  • Facilitate group supervision sessions
  • Ensure precise documentation of mental health services
  • Support Diagnostic Assessments and updates
  • Guarantee timely completion of essential documents
  • Validate documentation by both yourself and the ARHMS practitioner
  • Complete required continuing education units and meet with Directors as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Uphold professional conduct and boundaries
  • Manage assigned projects

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology or a related discipline
  • Licensure in Minnesota as LP, LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW
  • Board-certified clinical supervisor

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-master's therapy experience
  • Experience in clinical supervision
  • Familiarity with community resources
  • Proficiency with billing and EHR systems
  • Ability to work independently and in varied environments
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Training in evidence-based practices
  • Experience in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
  • Understanding of trauma-informed resources
