Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter Helper to support our clients with exterior painting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the painting industry and be comfortable assisting the foreman and lead painters with various tasks, including prepping surfaces and maintaining a clean job site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist painters with interior and exterior painting projects
  • Masking, sanding, and prepping surfaces for paint application
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions from the foreman
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the painting crew
Requirements
  • Experience in painting or construction preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
  • Basic understanding of paint prep techniques (masking, sanding, etc.)
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
