We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Go Healthcare. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to interventional radiology procedures, including preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a 12-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and administering medications
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of biohazardous waste and cleaning equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
