  • Customer Experience
    • Greet customers promptly and warmly, creating a positive first impression.
    • Provide customers with relevant product information and offer personalized recommendations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual presentation standards.
    • Ensure efficient service at the cash wrap, including handling transactions and offering gift cards.
    • Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
  • Cooperation & Dependability
    • Satisfactorily complete all duties assigned by management, including housekeeping and visual standards.
    • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to maintain visual standards within your assigned zone.
    • Work collaboratively with peers and management to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
    • Follow GUESS policies and procedures at all times.
  • Miscellaneous Responsibilities
    • Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions.
    • Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company.
    • Participate in all inventories and assume additional duties as assigned by store management.
    • Perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds and stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
    • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
