Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diabetes self-management education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patients are meeting their treatment goals
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
  • RD-Registered Dietitian certification
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and diabetes education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a blended schedule of 8/10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and education.
