Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other medical procedures as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program required.
- Current RN license in good standing and active certification in Nephrology or Dialysis preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing, preferably in an outpatient setting.
