About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic patient care by assisting in the treatment and care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. This role is an essential part of our healthcare team, providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Assist with vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Participate in patient care conferences to discuss patient progress and plan care.

Requirements:

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Texas Nurse Aide - Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire.
  • 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Health Unit Coordinator.
