Fox Auto Team is in search of a dependable and service-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Service Shuttle Driver. In this position, you will be tasked with the safe and timely transportation of clients to and from our service facility. If you possess a strong commitment to customer service and enjoy driving, this role may be a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely convey clients to and from the service center.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Effectively communicate with clients and service department personnel.
- Keep precise records of shuttle operations, including passenger names and trip details.
- Ensure timely shuttle routes.
- Assist passengers in boarding and alighting from the shuttle.
- Notify the service manager regarding any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
- Report any accidents or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
- Ability to operate a shuttle vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver's License required.
Physical Demands:
