Position Overview:
Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Goodwill, you will be essential in assisting customers and ensuring the store's organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Processing customer transactions at the point of sale
  • Providing assistance to customers with their shopping needs
  • Organizing and showcasing merchandise on the sales floor
  • Receiving donations and issuing receipts to donors
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store
  • Inspecting merchandise for quality and suitability
  • Aiming to meet sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • No prior experience necessary, although 1-2 years is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
