Overnight Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Overnight Dispatcher to join our team at Global Parking Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for strategically creating schedules and coordinating technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch technicians to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and assess their needs.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers at all times.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform office clerical work, such as filing and organizing.
• Work as a team player and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher is a plus.
• General computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Work Environment:

The Overnight Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to sit for long periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
