Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Softlines Lead to join our team at Dirt Cheap Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clothing, accessories, and footwear are properly stocked, maintained, and visually appealing to our customers.

Responsibilities

* Stock clothing, accessories, and footwear in a timely manner while adhering to company merchandising standards
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all merchandise is properly signed and displayed
* Manage the discount process for clothing, accessories, and footwear
* Train new team members on clothing, accessories, and footwear standards
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and penetration

Requirements

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
