Speech Language Pathologist Position in Ladd, Virginia

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district in Ladd, Virginia.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires a valid Virginia State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
- A valid Virginia State SLP License
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
