Cybersecurity Strategist

VirtualVocations is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As a Strategic Security Consultant in the Public Sector, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cybersecurity program assessments and developing tailored improvement roadmaps for our government clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering executive and technical cybersecurity tabletop exercises, assessing Incident Response team capabilities, and designing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of government agencies. To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, as well as 4 years of experience in assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions. Your experience in investigating and responding to significant cyber events, combined with an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance, will be essential in navigating the complex cyber threat landscape and geopolitical environment.
