Role Responsibilities:

The Youth Advocacy Specialist will engage with young adults aged 18-24, offering essential housing and support services aimed at facilitating their journey towards stable living conditions and gainful employment. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the key duties include:

  • Establishing meaningful connections with youth to assist them in reaching their educational, career, and personal aspirations.
  • Contributing to the development of programs that cater to the needs of the residents.
Work Schedule:

The work hours are full-time, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends as determined by management. The specialist will primarily operate from various housing locations and may need to travel within the designated service area.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in case management is preferred.
  • A valid California Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary.
