We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a key member of our Surgical Services Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
What You'll Do:- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients
- Assist surgeons in operative procedures and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
- Review and maintain patients' records, including posting test results and examination findings
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and ensure accurate documentation
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
