The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing advanced technologies to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a competent level of nursing care, utilizing the critical thinking model known as the nursing process.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Implement and coordinate care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed to optimize patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Minimum of ASN or RN Diploma required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- RN licensure required; BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year.
- Strongly prefer previous acute care (ICU, ED, etc) or cath lab experience.
