Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods and materials
  • Operate warehouse material moving equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and other operational issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment
