Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Physical Therapist Aide/Medical Administrator to join our team at USA Sports Therapy. As a key member of our administrative and clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our licensed physical therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our physical therapy team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and completing new patient intake procedures.
  • Assist with clinical responsibilities, such as implementing patient treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, and administering modalities.
  • Answer phones, greet patients, and collect payments.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate reordering.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to implement systems, programs, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • 1+ years of experience in electronic health records software.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Outgoing and vibrant personality.
  • Quick learner able to work independently.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree (preferred).

  • Monday to Friday.
