Job SummaryAs a Medical Assistant in our multi-specialty medical clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, checking them in and out, collecting demographic and insurance information, managing medical records, and preparing examination rooms for providers.

You will also assist the doctors and therapists with patient care, paperwork, and charting. Additionally, you will help with tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and performing regular inspections of the office to ensure cleanliness and readiness for patients.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting; preferably in a front desk role
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer knowledge and administration skills
