Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the integrity of the collection process, ensuring accurate and timely specimen collection.
  • Record and report specimen collection data, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify client insurance information and obtain necessary documentation for billing purposes.
  • Package and prepare specimens for shipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and Aegis staff to ensure seamless specimen collection and testing processes.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the medical field preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including email management and web navigation.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and maintain accurate records.
Work Schedule:

Part-time, up to 24 hours per week, with a regular schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm.
