- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve communication skills and address cognitive-communication disorders
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure in the state of Vermont
- Experience working with patients with a variety of communication disorders
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
