Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in Special Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a Special Education school in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students with Autism and Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students referred for speech and language needs and develop individualized education plans.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload and provide reports of student progress to parents.
  • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
Requirements:
  • Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • Instructional Specialist or Education Specialist certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for Speech-Language Pathologists.
