Key Responsibilities- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and administering medications as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient health information and progress, ensuring seamless communication among caregivers.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including wound care and dressing changes, in a variety of clinical settings.
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care and treatments, promoting informed decision-making and empowering them to manage their health effectively.
- A valid LPN license in the United States is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is required, demonstrating expertise in nursing practices and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- A current BLS certification is necessary for providing life-saving interventions in emergency situations.
