We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide physical therapy services to help patients regain independence and function.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and documentation.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
- Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on follow-through programs to support continued progress.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
