Job Overview

Working Hours: 4:00pm - 2:30am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operates the Diamond Phoenix Pick to Light System and DOCS WMS to accurately select and place products into shipping boxes. Must effectively utilize electronic system readouts to ensure precision in picking while maintaining a high picking rate. The error rate for picking should not exceed the limits established by management.

· Interprets the WMS packing system to correctly pack items into shipping cartons, adhering to all packing requirements to satisfy customer specifications and shipping protocols.

· Engages in tasks such as filling cartons with protective materials, sample products, and securely sealing cartons for shipping safety.

· Capable of receiving training to perform various tasks in other warehouse areas when not engaged in E-commerce packing duties.

· Must access information within the Warehouse Management System, including warehouse locations, item inquiries, and confirming pick and pack operations as well as E-commerce packing responsibilities at Value-Add stations.

· Contributes to the 6S Lean Program.

· Willingness to cross-train and assist in all warehouse functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

· Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent GED.

Experience:

· At least 1 year of experience in a dynamic warehouse setting.

· Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel is advantageous.

Essential Skills

· Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

· Ability to lift substantial weights throughout the day, typically 10-15 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

· Capability to stand, turn, and bend for up to 10 hours daily.

· Proficient in operating pallet jacks and warehouse computer systems.

· Ability to read and understand written documents and computer-generated instructions.
