Senior Electrical Engineer Opportunity

Synerfac is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping modern architecture and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring cohesive documentation efforts and effective collaboration with clients.
  • Project Management and Engineering: Oversee engineering tasks, including design, analysis, and documentation, to maintain project coherence and quality.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Produce vital documents, such as specifications and Statements of Special Inspections, and coordinate administrative procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Team Supervision: Support the Chief Engineer in quality assessments, project staffing, and budget control, providing feedback on team performance and upholding standard specifications and drawings.
  • Knowledge Enhancement and Collaboration: Develop expertise in Ballinger's primary project areas and work closely with diverse disciplines to facilitate smooth project implementation.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Expertise: Demonstrate advanced analytical, engineering evaluation, and problem-solving skills, showcasing a solid grasp of contractual and liability aspects.
  • Construction Administration: Display advanced knowledge of construction administration processes, fostering effective collaboration with contractors and clients.
  • Client and Team Engagement: Demonstrate superb client relationship capabilities, as well as exceptional work planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, Excel, Word, and various analysis tools, able to create essential documents like design basis reports and system matrices.
  • Drawing Production and Standards: Contribute actively to drawing production, maintain discipline-specific drawing criteria, and ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

Qualifications:
-BS, BEng, or BAE degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent qualifications as specified by the company
-Post Graduate degree preferred
-Ten (10) years of experience or more
-PE Registration
