We are looking for an experienced Pediatric Healthcare Specialist to join our AdventHealth Tampa team.

This role involves working with children and families to help them cope with medical procedures, diagnosis, pain management, and bereavement.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, education, or a related field, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and completion of a 600-hour internship under a Certified Child Life Specialist.

In addition, the candidate will be required to obtain professional child life certification through the Child Life Certifying Committee within two years of employment at AdventHealth as a CLS.

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and family.
