Wireless Sales Specialist

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $71,800 - $129,400 per year, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $43,080 - $77,640 per year. This compensation package is highly competitive and reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Description:
This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting the team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories. Key responsibilities include generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking; identifying customer needs and applying solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services; recommending wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data, and other enhanced services; negotiating and closing deals; and working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment;
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
* Effective negotiating and closing skills;
* Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking;
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
* A High School Diploma/GED (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
