  • Collaborate with Nutritionist to create and implement personalized meal plans, ensuring nutritional balance and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, adhering to established standards and food safety protocols.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas meet OPWDD regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management, promoting a positive and respectful team environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cooking, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs, with regular bending, twisting, and reaching.
