Cloud Data Architect for System One

About the Role:
The Cloud Data Architect will design and develop database and data warehouse systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, using industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in SQL Server and Azure, along with expertise in ETL processes and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end data warehouse and analytical systems using SQL Server family of products, Analysis Services Power BI, etc.
- Maintain complex Data Warehouse models to ensure data integrity, including the development, enhancement, and administration of appropriate ETL functions in support of Cognos TM1 and Cognos BI frameworks and reports.
- Experience in building data platform using Azure SQL database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Pipelines, and Azure IaaS/PaaS related to databases.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in architecting, designing, and developing databases or Data Warehouse systems on-prem as well as in the cloud.
- Strong experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SSAS, and SSRS for analysis and report generation.
- Proficient in writing complex T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and ETL in redesigning Databases/Data warehouses using SQL Server, SSIS, and any custom scripts.
