Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts.
  • Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain key relationships with auditing firms.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Requirements
  • MBA preferred - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial software (including Excel).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a global or multi-location organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment and meet tight deadlines.
