Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and processing merchandise returns.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and processing merchandise returns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
