We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender Host to join our team at VolunteerNow. As a Bartender Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our festival patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patron inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock beer, soda, and water supplies as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor and enforce responsible beverage service practices, ensuring patrons are 21 years or older and have a valid wristband.
  • Collaborate with the Regner Rocks committee to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • Provide information on event activities, including medical services, police assistance, and event schedules.
  • Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all patrons.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure a seamless experience for patrons.

**Requirements:**

  • 21 years or older
  • Current bartending license in the city of West Bend
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
