Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring the profitability of our practice. You will work closely with our Regional Director of Operations and Managing Doctor to develop and implement strategies that promote business growth, high client satisfaction, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through effective business development and marketing strategies
- Manage expenses, including labor, facility, and supply costs
- Develop and maintain salary schedules and job evaluations for all employees
- Provide input on annual budget and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and laws
- Establish and execute performance evaluations and internal operating procedures
- Partner with the MDVM to ensure team members adhere to practice operating procedures and regulatory requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience required; veterinary medicine experience preferred
- Ability to work on weekends when needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
