About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. as a Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work with children and families who have experienced trauma, conflictual relationships, and are struggling in their day-to-day lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home individual and family therapy to children and families who have concerns of abuse or neglect.
  • Complete diagnostic interviews, create treatment plans, and provide high-quality clinical interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive services to vulnerable and high-risk families.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Licensed through the BSRB and/or eligible for licensure at the time of hire.
