Job OverviewAs a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in our recruitment team, responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment desk from project initiation to placement and closeout. You will also participate in business development activities to expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and documentation, including background checks.
- Lead pre-hire assessments and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Promote our innovative services to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Marketing.
- 3-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in recruitment.
- Familiarity with AI and LLMs, and their potential applications in recruitment.
- Competitive earnings potential, with a salary range of $80k-$120k+.
