Job Overview

As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in our recruitment team, responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment desk from project initiation to placement and closeout. You will also participate in business development activities to expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and documentation, including background checks.
  • Lead pre-hire assessments and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Promote our innovative services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 3-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLMs, and their potential applications in recruitment.
