Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver DOT to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver DOT, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of passengers, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate shuttle buses in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering directions to passengers.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, and fuel buses as needed.
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Be punctual and reliable, reporting to work on time and in uniform.
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
  • Communicate with the Facility Manager regarding any safety hazards or unusual occurrences.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, such as substituting for cashiers or valets.
Requirements
  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees.
