Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Services Manager will be responsible for conducting ongoing evaluations of new credit products, onboarding new lenders, and negotiating corresponding contracts. This role will drive incremental growth for Home Depot Financial Services by designing, testing, and rolling out new financial programs, promotions, products, or services. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to effectively communicate and influence partners, and a thorough understanding of credit marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new financial programs, promotions, products, and services that support the needs of current or future customers or strategic initiatives.
• Manage or oversee the design, development, and implementation of these programs based on projected profitability.
• Oversee the development and execution of detailed project design/implementation plans, utilizing project management and people management skills to ensure timely completion at the highest quality levels.
• Assess financial and operational/quality results of new programs against predetermined goals, determining whether programs should be rolled out and making recommendations for implementation strategies and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job.
• 6 years of experience in product development and/or project management in credit or financial services.
• Strong grasp of project management skills and requirements, with a proven record of developing new financial products and/or services.
• Ability to manage/coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects, with a strong understanding of time management skills and the ability to deal with unplanned projects and interruptions.
• Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to think strategically about business problems and opportunities and focus efforts on projects that most closely support key company initiatives.
