  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen, as required by our agency
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid Michigan auto insurance, as needed for client transportation
