We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team at GF Hotels & Resorts USA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all Guest Service Agent duties on the third shift, including check-in/check-out, guest accounting, and guest reception.
- Operate the PBX and man the radio base, balancing Front Office and Food & Beverage activity for the day.
- Prepare daily reports for Front Office and Food & Beverage activity, including reconciliations and adjustments as needed.
- Review house status with the second shift Front Desk Manager/Supervisor to prepare for the third shift check-in activity.
- Process room, tax, movie charges, and phone charges for the day, ensuring accurate and timely posting to guest accounts.
- Reconcile and balance actual advance deposits received during the day to the advance deposit folios.
- Shut down and restart the Food and Beverage computer system (Micros) daily, and complete and balance restaurant reports from Micros financial reports.
- Perform all Front Desk/PBX duties during shift, including switchboard, check-ins, check-outs, guest messages, and requests.
- Notify the General Manager of any unusual incidents or emergencies that occurred during the shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
