We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Conformal Coating Operator. This role involves applying conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using spray-on and manual touch-up methods.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electronic assembly and conformal coating processes, with a focus on quality control inspections and adherence to industry standards.
About the Role- Apply conformal coating to PCBs using spray-on and manual touch-up methods.
- Perform quality control inspections on conformal coatings, using blacklight to identify areas requiring manual touch-up.
- Work with electronic assembly tools and equipment.
- Assist with general production tasks, including assembly line and packaging duties.
- Experience in electronic assembly and working with hand tools.
- Proficiency in applying conformal coating to PCBs.
- Knowledge of quality control inspections for conformal coatings.
- Understanding of surface mount technology (SMT) operations.
This is a fully onsite position in Plano, TX.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
