Job Overview

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned stores within a specific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including staffing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with district managers and store managers to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 8+ years progressive retail experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
