Job Overview

Methodist Hospital is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our Radiology Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Imaging Services: Utilize digital radiography equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  2. Patient Care: Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and universal precautions.
  4. Collaboration: Work effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • Certification: Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or possess a valid state license in Radiologic Technology.
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably in radiology, is preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary Range
