We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Pomona Vista Care Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including screenings, evaluations, and treatments, to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Supervise and direct the work of therapist assistants to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current Physical Therapy License and CPR certification.
  • 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting (preferred).
