**Job Overview**

Kessler's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caribou Coffee Department Manager to lead our Caribou team and oversee the Caribou aspects of our store. As a Caribou Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Grow Store Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
  • Provide Quality Products: Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Promote a Clean and Safe Store Environment: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

**Requirements:**

  • Management Experience: A minimum of one year of management experience, preferably in retail or guest services.
  • Sales Building Experience: Experience in building sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Recruiting and Training Experience: Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

**Physical Demands:**

  • The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 or 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
