About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to strict sanitation standards, and ensuring the efficient operation of the field to table kitchen.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile funds as needed.
  • Operate various kitchen tools and equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products, adhering to industry standards.
  • Rotate stock, restock, and accurately display merchandise to maintain an attractive storefront.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in food service or retail operations is required. Additionally, the candidate must hold a valid ServSafe Certification or be willing to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include opportunities for growth and development, a comprehensive training program, and a competitive compensation package.

This position requires regular attendance and may involve working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
