About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, associates, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily, adhering to facility procedures and schedules.
  • Respect guests' privacy and preferences, knocking before entering rooms and bathrooms.
  • Clean walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors, and waxed floors according to department procedures.
  • Ensure housekeeping supplies are stored out of reach of guests and dispose of trash and waste properly.
  • Post safety hazard signs when necessary and assist with laundry as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of housekeeping experience preferred.
