Behavioral Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children in their natural environment, teaching essential skills such as communication, sharing, and waiting.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct play-based activities to make therapy sessions engaging and fun for children.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
• Minimum high school diploma
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
• Minimum 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

What We Offer:

• $18-19 per hour with RBT certification and based on experience in the ABA field
• Drive-time pay between sessions
